- At least high school graduate
- Can effectively communicate in English
- With at least 1 COE from 2020 onwards (NO VALID COE, NO ASSESSMENT)
- At least 1 year of experience in TIG (manual) welding, specifically in welding carbon steel and alloy steels (creep-resistant and austenitic stainless steels)
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
- With knowledge of welding parameters (current, voltage, gas flow, travel speed) and shielding gases
- Capable of performing welding based on WPS / manufacturing documentation
- With valid vision examination certificate
- With basic knowledge of the metal industry and proper workpiece preparation (cleaning, grinding, fixturing)
- Able to use measuring tools (caliper, weld gauge)
- Having a welding certification is an advantage (not required)
- Highly motivated to work abroad
